Founder & Managing Partner

Meera is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in audit, taxation and finance. She founded Sahyadri in 2012 after working with mid-sized companies in Pune, and now leads a team of 25+ professionals serving 400+ clients. Her focus is GST and income tax compliance, statutory audit coordination and MIS reporting for owner-managed businesses. She enjoys helping founders understand their numbers and plan ahead with confidence.

CA Rohan Deshpande

Partner

Rohan is a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, budgeting and business advisory. He leads our CFO and advisory work, helping owners prepare budgets, manage working capital, raise bank finance and set up sound financial controls. He also guides startups on basic compliance and ESOP structuring, giving Sahyadri clients practical commercial judgement alongside the numbers.
